Order Processing

- Processing Days: Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday) according to Eastern Time.
- Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Eastern Time will be processed on the same business day. Orders received after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
- Holidays: Please note that orders will not be processed on recognized U.S. postal holidays: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Estimated Time of Arrival
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is processed. Once your product(s) are in transit, any delays caused by the carrier are beyond our control. Here are our shipping options:

Incorrect Address
